(A) The town shall pay for the cost of all such repair from the annual budgeted appropriation for sidewalk repair.
(B) In the event any resident within the town wishes to replace any sidewalk adjacent to said owner’s property, such owner may be reimbursed for a portion of the costs of such sidewalk replacement if:
(1) The repair meets all specifications required in advance by the Superintendent and otherwise complies with all town ordinances; and
(2) The Town Council determines in advance that sufficient funds exist for such reimbursement. Such reimbursement shall be on a uniform per running-foot basis as determined in advance by the Board.
