§ 91.02  SIDEWALK EVALUATION.
   The Town Council shall prepare and maintain a record of all existing sidewalks within the town which shall include location, approximate length, and condition. Such record shall be prepared with the assistance of the Town Street Superintendent (“Superintendent”), and shall be updated and revised yearly.
