(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any provision of §§ 90.01 through 90.07 for the first time, shall be given a written warning thereof by the Animal Warden or other law enforcement officers of the town. Any subsequent violation of §§ 90.01 through 90.07, of any kind, shall constitute an infraction and subject such person to a fine of $25, in addition to all other fees and costs imposed by §§ 90.01 through 90.07.
(C) Any person violating § 90.08 shall be subject to a fine of $25 for each day such violation occurs or is permitted to occur. In addition to the foregoing penalty, any person violating § 90.08 shall also pay all expenses including shelter, food, boarding, and veterinary expenses as may be required to enforce § 90.08.
