§ 30.01  AT-LARGE MEMBERS OF THE TOWN COUNCIL.
   (A)   Town legislative body districts for the purpose of conducting elections of town officers are hereby abolished.
   (B)   All members of the Town Council shall be elected at-large.
   (C)   This section shall become effective upon passage thereof.
   (D)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall file a copy of this section with the County Circuit Court Clerk not later than 30 days after the adoption of this section.
