§ 71.01  PROHIBITIONS AGAINST PARKING ADJACENT TO A PUBLIC STREET.
   (A)   No person or entity shall operate or park, or permit the operation or parking, of any car, truck, motorcycle, camper, bus, snowmobile, watercraft, tractor, recreational vehicle, motor home, trailer of any kind, or motorized vehicle of any kind in any yard adjacent to a public street (other than public alleys) of a residential area and other than on a driveway which has direct access to a street through a curb cut approved by the town.
   (B)   This section shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and adoption as provided by law.
