§ 70.01  USE OF ENGINE COMPRESSION BRAKES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Engine compression brakes (“jake brakes”) may not be used at any time on any street, including state roads, within or entering the town by any truck or any other vehicle.
   (B)   Any person operating a truck or any other vehicle in violation of this section shall be subject to a fine in the sum of $100.
   (C)   This section shall be in full force and effect upon its passage.
