All such reduced-pressure principle backflow preventers so installed shall thereafter be tested by an inspector licensed to do so by the state for compliance with this chapter at least one time per year each year after such installation, or as often as may be required by state law. Said inspector shall thereafter report his or her findings in writing to the Superintendent of the Town Water Utility within ten days after such testing.
