For a period of five business days from the date of a purchase to which Section 757.03 applies, no registered person shall sell, exchange, barter or remove from the place of business, or change the form-by remounting, melting, cutting up or otherwise, any article or articles so purchased by such registered person, except with the consent of the Director of Public Safety given upon written request of such registered person.
