There shall be a charge for the examination and approval or disapproval of every plat reviewed by the agent. At the time of filing the final plat, the subdivider shall deposit with the agent checks payable to the Clerk/Treasurer in the amount of $25 per plat and $1 for each lot, if the subdivision contains 5 lots or more. If the subdivision contains less than 5 lots, the charge shall be $10 per plat and $1 for each lot.
