§ 93.21 LIABILITY IMPOSED BY OTHER LAWS NOT DECREASED.

Nothing contained in this subchapter shall be construed as making lawful any act or omission which is unlawful, or as decreasing the liability, civil or criminal, of any person, imposed by existing laws.
