(A) It is unlawful for any person to construct, maintain or repair a septic tank or privy in the town without first obtaining a permit from the County Health Department. The County Health Department will decide the capacity and design and will approve the location of the septic tank and drainfield, subject to any and all subdivision ordinances of the town.
(B) Septic tanks or privies will be inspected by the County Health Department and will be approved before they are permitted to be covered or used.
