(A) All buildings, structures, and land uses must be erected, used, relocated, or altered in conformance with this chapter. No buildings, structures or land may must be erected, used, relocated, or altered except in conformance with this chapter.
(B) The provisions of this chapter are the minimum requirements. Where the requirements imposed by any other section of city code are more restrictive than this chapter, the more restrictive regulation shall prevail.
