§ 32.08 AUTHORITY OF ASSISTANT/DEPUTY FIRE CHIEFS.

In the absence or disability of the Fire Chief, the Senior Assistant/Deputy Fire Chief must perform all the functions and exercise all of the authority of the Fire Chief.
