§ 32.04 FIRE MARSHAL.
   The office of the Fire Marshal is held by the Fire Chief. The Fire Chief may appoint investigators/inspectors to assist and carry out the functions or responsibilities of the position under the direction of the Fire Marshal. The Fire Marshal is charged with the enforcement of all ordinances aimed at fire prevention and has full authority to inspect all premises and cause the removal or abatement of all fire and life safety hazards.
