§ 126.10 OTHER PROHIBITED ACTS.
   Unless otherwise provided, the following acts are a violation of this chapter by individuals and may be enforced as indicated:
   (A)   Prohibiting furnishing or procurement. It is a misdemeanor violation of this chapter for any person 21 years of age or older to purchase or otherwise obtain any licensed product on behalf of a person under the age of 21.
   (B)   Use of false identification. It is a petty misdemeanor violation of this chapter for any person to attempt to disguise their true age by the use of a false form of identification, whether the identification is that of another person has been modified or tampered with to represent an age older than the actual age of the person using that identification.
   (C)   Possession under 21. It is a petty misdemeanor violation of this chapter for any person under the age of 21 to possess licensed products.
