§ 125.18 STANDARDS FOR MICROMOBILITY VEHICLES.
   (A)   All micromobility vehicles must be clearly identified with the company's name.
   (B)   In addition to the general requirements listed above, micromobility vehicle modes are subject to the following mode-specific requirements.
      (1)   Bicycles and electric-assisted bicycles:
         (a)   Must be parked in such a way that it is not blocking a public sidewalk;
         (b)   Must not be parked on a street;
         (c)   Must be parked upright; and
         (d)   Must be equipped with reflective markings and lights for operation after sunset.
      (2)   Motorized foot scooters:
         (a)   Must be parked in such a way that it is not blocking a public sidewalk;
         (b)   Must not be parked on a street;
         (c)   Must be parked upright; and
         (d)   Must be equipped with reflective markings and lights for operation after sunset.
      (3)   Passenger vehicles:
         (a)   Must follow all relevant state and city parking regulations.
         (b)   Vehicles found in violation of a parking regulation may be ticketed and/or towed in accordance with state law.
         (c)   Vehicles may be parked in excess of a limited-duration space (i.e., two-hour parking) on a public street without penalty provided the vehicle is available for rental, but not overnight according to winter parking rules.
         (d)   If parked on private property, the vehicle must be parked in a marked parking space and follow the rules of the property owner. A property owner may have the vehicle towed off the property in accordance with state law.
