Micromobility sharing services shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as they may be amended from time to time. Persons operating, driving, or riding a micromobility vehicle upon a public street, alley, highway, sidewalk, or other public property in the city shall be governed by the corresponding provisions of M.S. Chapter 169.
