(A) Pyrotechnic special-effect material. Temporary storage, use/display and handling of pyrotechnic special effects material used in motion pictures, television and theatrical and group entertainment productions shall be required to obtain a permit.
(B) Displays. Permits are required to conduct a fireworks display. Permit fee(s) shall be paid in accordance with the fee schedule adopted by the City Council in the amount provided by the fee resolution, set forth in Appendix to this code. No permit so granted shall be transferable.
