§ 93A.01 CODE ENFORCEMENT.

The Fire Marshal and investigators/inspectors appointed to assist the Fire Marshal, must enforce all statutes, ordinances and codes aimed at fire prevention and may achieve enforcement through the issuance of notices, warning tickets or citations in lieu of arrest or detention.
