§ 98.38 ESTABLISHMENT OF RECYCLING UTILITY.

Pursuant to Chapter 13 of the City Charter and M.S. Chapter 429, the city hereby establishes a recycling utility and authorizes the imposition of just and reasonable charges for the use and availability of recycling to residential dwelling units and to multi- family dwellings.
