§ 98.08 MANDATORY HAULING OF YARD WASTE AND SOURCE SEPARATED ORGANICS.

(A) Each residential garbage hauler licensee must offer yard waste collection service in which licensee will separately collect and haul away yard waste to a licensed and permitted recycling or composting site.

(B) Similarly, each licensee must offer source separated organics (SSO) recycling collection service in which the licensee will collect and haul away SSO to a licensed and permitted recycling or composting site, or transfer site.
