The City Manager must review all permits issued and construction undertaken and compare actual development with the approved development schedule. If the City Manager finds that development fails in any respect to comply with the Development Plan as finally approved, the Council must be notified immediately. Within 30 days of such notice, the Council may either by ordinance revoke the PD permit, and the land may thereafter be governed by the regulations applicable in the district in which it is located; or may take such steps as it deems necessary to compel compliance with the Final Plans as approved; or requires the landowner or applicant to seek an amendment of the Development Plan.
