§ 152.434 CONDITIONAL USES.

   No permit may be issued for construction of a building, structure or land use considered conditional unless a Conditional Use Permit has been granted by the City Council in accordance with §§ 152.030 through 152.039.

   (A)   Telecommunication towers as regulated by §§ 152.090 through 152.096.
