§ 152.325 HEIGHT LIMITATIONS.
   (A)   Unless otherwise approved through a site plan approval all non-residential uses on parcels adjacent to residential uses in residential districts must be constructed at a height no greater than 35 feet or the height of any residential use, whichever is greater. Consideration to approve greater height may include, but not limited to, existing conditions, increased setbacks, and buffering.
   (B)   Exemptions. Height limitations do not apply to radio and T.V. antennas, belfries, steeples, cooling towers, and water towers.
