This subchapter of the chapter defines and establishes the commercial and industrial zoning districts within the city. The business districts as a whole are designed to balance the community need for employment opportunities, goods, services and tax base diversification with their impact on neighboring uses. The following business zoning classifications, except PCDD and PUD, are hereby established within the City of Brooklyn Park.
