§ 152.240 PURPOSE.

The following subchapter establishes a listing of the permitted, conditional, and temporary uses for the residential zoning districts (R-1, R-2, R-2A, R-2B, R-3, R-3A, R-4, R-4A, R-5, R-6, and R-7). The uses have been allocated to the individual districts to allow reasonable use of properties in a manner that is compatible with the purpose of each residential zoning district and the overall purpose of this zoning code and the code of ordinances.
