802.99 PENALTY.

(a) Violations of this chapter that are specified in this chapter to be misdemeanors are punishable by a fine and/or imprisonment as provided in Chapter 698 of these Codified Ordinances.

(b) A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day that an adult entertainment business or adult motel operates in violation of this chapter.
