Section 10.05. Schedule.

(a) Elections. The elections shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of November and shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of this Charter.

(b) Time of Taking Full Effect. The Charter with amendments shall be in full effect for all purposes on January 1 following the election.
