(a) No person shall keep or harbor any animal or fowl in the Village so as to create noxious or offensive odors or unsanitary conditions which are a menace to the health, comfort or safety of the public. (Adopting Ordinance)
(b) No person shall keep or harbor within any residential area within the Village any animal that in any way injures or disturbs the safety or quiet of any person or other animal or that destroys or damages any other person’s lawn, tree, shrub, plant, garden, building or other property. (c) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for each subsequent offense. The penalty shall be as provided in Section 698.02. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
