452.14   PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.
   (a)   No person shall park a commercial vehicle on or along any residential street of the Village.
   (b)   This section does not prohibit the parking of a commercial vehicle for the purpose of loading or unloading such vehicle while in the process of making a delivery or pick-up.
