440.13   THROUGH TRUCK TRAFFIC PROHIBITED.
   (a)   Residential Streets Generally. No person shall drive or operate any through trucks upon any residential street within the Village, which streets shall be posted in accordance with Ohio R.C. 4511.07 and Section 406.04 of this Traffic Code.

   (b)   Schaaf Lane.
      (1)   No person shall drive or operate a truck upon Schaaf Lane unless the journey of said truck shall originate or terminate on Schaaf Lane, or unless such truck must be stopped on Schaaf Lane for the purpose of picking up or delivering a shipment or load or any portion thereof.
      (2)   No person shall drive or operate a vehicle southbound on Schaaf Lane unless the journey of said vehicle shall originate or terminate on Schaaf Lane.

   (c)   Lancaster Drive.
      (1)   For purposes of this section, “through traffic” means any vehicle attempting to utilize the streets of the Village for purposes of traveling southbound from Granger Road to Rockside Road and northbound from Rockside Road to Granger Road.
      (2)   Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., and 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., through traffic on Lancaster Drive, from its intersection with Granger Road to the Brooklyn Heights corporation line, shall be prohibited, in either direction, for any vehicle, motor vehicle or truck, Monday through Friday, legal holidays excepted.
      (3)   The provisions of paragraph (c)(2) hereof shall not apply to any government vehicle operating in the performance of its official duties.
