432.44   OPERATION ON OR ADJACENT TO RESTAURANT PREMISES.
   (a)   No person, while on or adjacent to the premises of a restaurant, shall race the motor of any motor vehicle, suddenly start or stop any motor vehicle, or operate a motor vehicle or the engine thereof so as to make or cause to be made any loud, unseemly or unnecessary noise. No person shall blow or cause to be blown any horn on a motor vehicle while the same is parked on the premises of said restaurant.
   (b)   No person on the premises of a restaurant, whether in or out of a motor vehicle, shall drink any intoxicating liquor, including beer, or have in his or her possession any open bottle, can or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage, including beer, of any kind, unless the same has been purchased on the premises of the restaurant.
   (c)   No group of three or more persons shall congregate and linger for a longer period than five minutes on the premises of a restaurant other than in the restaurant building or in a legally parked motor vehicle.
   (d)   No person shall drive a motor vehicle onto the premises of a restaurant and then from said premises onto a public highway, without parking such motor vehicle, more than twice in a half hour.
   (e)   No person shall park any unoccupied motor vehicle on the premises of a restaurant and leave the premises thereof, except with the knowledge and consent of the person then in charge of the restaurant.
   (f)   It shall be the duty of the restaurant operator who furnishes parking for patrons to post on the premises in a conspicuous location or locations one or more signs bearing the following legend:
      Violators of the Ordinance Regulating Traffic and Order on These Premises are Subject to Arrest.
      Such signs shall be at least 30 inches by 18 inches with letters not less than two inches in height.
