(a) The Mayor is hereby authorized to set court costs for the Mayor’s Court in an amount recommended by the Clerk, with the costs determined on the basis of actual costs necessary to operate the Mayor’s Court.
(b) A portion of the court costs, in an amount not to exceed the maximum set by Ohio R.C. 1901.261(A), shall be designated as the Mayor’s Court computer fee, which shall be paid into the Mayor’s Court Computer Fund.
