298.02 MAYOR’S COURT CLERK.

There is hereby created the position of Court Clerk of the Village who shall be appointed by the Mayor, shall serve at the Mayor’s pleasure, and shall perform such clerical duties on behalf of the Village as may be assigned by the Mayor from time to time.
