There is hereby established in and for the Village a Records Commission consisting of four members.
The members constituting the Commission shall include the Mayor, the Clerk/Treasurer, the Law Director and a citizen of the Village to be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of Council.
The Commission shall have all the powers conferred upon it by Ohio R.C. 149.39 et seq. (Ord. 64-86. Passed 9-2-86.)
