There is hereby established in and for the Village a Volunteer Fire-Fighters' Dependents Fund Board, consisting of five members. The Board shall hereafter be maintained in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 146.01 to 146.19 and any and all other applicable laws of the State.
The members of the Board shall be chosen as follows:
Two members shall be elected by Council;
Two members shall be elected by the Fire Department; and
One member shall be elected by the Board members, and he or she must be an elector of the Village, but not a public employee.
Said elections and the terms of the members shall be in accordance with Ohio R.C. 146.04.
