It shall be the policy of the Village to maintain physical proficiency of Service Department personnel by requiring a biennial physical examination. The examination shall be administered biennially to each member of the Service Department. The physical examination shall be administered by a licensed physician who shall be paid a professional fee for such examination from funds provided for by the Council.
