1620.07   LOG REQUIRED.
   A record of each explosive event shall be kept by the contractor or blaster upon forms furnished by the Village, a copy of which shall be filed with the Chief of Police, which shall include the following:
   (a)   The name of the company
   (b)   The blast location
   (c)   The date and time of blast
   (d)   The number of holes, the diameter of holes, the depth of holes, spacings and burdens, delay intervals, the total weight of explosives, and the maximum weight of explosives fired per delay
   (e)   The distance to and direction of the nearest structure neither owned nor leased by the person conducting the blasts, except high-tension lines, supporting towers and appurtenances
   (f)   The name and signature of the person conducting the blasting
   (g)   Weather conditions.
   Such log shall be filed with the Chief of Police or the seismologist within 24 hours after each blasting event, or prior to the next explosive event if the same occurs prior to the expiration of 24 hours.
