260.07 POSSESSION OR USE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED.

No fire-fighter, officer or employee of the Fire Department shall have, or shall permit or allow spirituous malt or intoxicating beverages of any kind to be brought into or kept, at any of the fire stations, nor shall any fire-fighter at any time be under the influence of any intoxicating beverage.
