1484.03 BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED FOR PERMANENT POOLS; COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING CODE.

No permanent swimming pool shall be constructed without the issuance of a building permit. The fee for such permit shall be as set forth in Section 1444.14(p). No building permit shall be required for a portable pool, but both types of pools shall comply with Section 1268.04(d) of the Zoning Code.
