(a) No person shall move a building or other similar large structure, or any part thereof, without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Building Inspector and posting a performance bond.
(b) Such permit may prescribe conditions, requirements, routes and precautions, and the day or days on which and hours of the day during which such moving operations shall be conducted, as deemed necessary in the public interest, and all such moving shall be performed in conformity therewith.
