258.03 POLICE SECRETARY.

(a) Subject to the advice and consent of Council, the Mayor may retain the services of a Police Secretary, who shall perform such secretarial duties as the Police Chief shall direct.

(b) Compensation for the Police Secretary shall be as established from time to time by Council.
