The Village Engineer shall be paid as determined from time to time by Council for the following services:
(a) Review of submitted topographical site plans for correctness;
(b) In-office review of utilities, etc;
(c) Check of the building foot or elevation on the first floor of a building;
(d) Tar line grade check;
(e) Checking compliance of finished grade with topographical site plans; and
(f) Preparation of as-built drawings.
