1464.03   FEE.
   A fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be paid by each person who applies for the Village Engineer’s review and approval. The fee shall be used to reimburse the Village for obtaining the Village Engineer's review of topographical plans and confirmation of finished grades.
