Every applicant for registration shall, upon approval of the application, furnish evidence of liability insurance in the amount of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) and the Village of Brooklyn Heights must be named as “Additional Insured”.
In addition, every applicant shall furnish proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance if company employs two or more employees.
