Every applicant, to be eligible for registration as a general, carpentry, cement, drywall, excavation, fire protection, insulation, masonry, roofing, security system or vacuum system contractor, shall make a written application therefor on blanks furnished by the Building Department. Every applicant shall furnish Federal Identification Number (FIN) along with proof of Workers' Compensation Insurance.
