Every applicant, to be eligible for registration as an electrical, plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, hydronics or refrigeration contractor, shall make a written application therefor on blanks furnished by the Building Department and shall present a current certificate in that trade, issued by the Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board (OCILB). In addition, every applicant shall furnish Federal Identification Number (FIN) or Social Security Number (SSN).
