1448.04 GENERAL ELIGIBILITY FOR REGISTRATION.

No applicant shall be registered under the provisions of this chapter unless such applicant is at least 21 years of age and of good moral character and has complied with all of the provisions of this chapter. If a former registrant has been previously approved by the Building Department, approval shall not be required again.
