Buildings of the second grade are as follows:
(a) Quasi-Public Buildings. All buildings used for public shelter, either for the purpose of business, manufacture or storage or for temporary abode or habitation.
(b) Motels. Includes all hotels and public inns and any building or part thereof designed to be used for supplying food or shelter, or both, to residents or guests and having a public dining room, café or office. A public lodging house or building used only for the shelter of residents or guests will be classified as a hotel.
(c) Office Buildings. Any building designed or used for office purposes in the conduct of general business, but which may have a store or sales room on the ground floor, no part of which building shall be used for living purposes, except for the janitor and his or her family.
(d) Store Buildings. Any building designed or used for the sale of merchandise or objects of utility, or general supplies.
(e) Warehouses. Any building designed or used for the storage of merchandise, general or food supplies.
(f) Factory Buildings. Any building designed or used for the manufacture of merchandise by machinery.
(g) Work Shops. Any building designed or used for the manufacture of merchandise by hand.
