There is hereby established in and for the Village the position of Human Services Director, which position shall be, from its inception, permanent part-time. Among the duties of the Human Services Director shall be the cataloging and studying of programs that relate to senior citizens, child care and the like. Said Director shall, as his or her assignment, analyze such programs and make a recommendation of programs best suited to Village residents.
